Can the pillows and accessories be returned as well?
Unfortunately, no. Darzee accessories and pillows cannot be returned.
How is buying from Darzee’s website different from buying from other marketplaces?
Ordering from our website as compared to other websites and platforms is very different. For starters, when you order directly from Darzee means, you get access to our friendly customer care team, which can lead to faster resolutions in case of issues. Also, if you purchase from us, you can place custom orders, which is not possible on other platforms. Moreover, whatever you purchase through other channels, that will only have their promotional offers.
Will I get an extra cover with the mattress?
Sorry, we do not offer extra covers with our mattress. However, you want to buy a spare one, you can contact us directly and we'll send it out to you. Charge will apply.
Are there any physical Darzee stores?
Yes, we have physical locations where you can explore our offerings.
Customers are welcome to visit our factory in Shamshabad for direct purchases. Additionally, you can experience our products in person at our store located in Khaja Guda. Both locations provide a personalized shopping experience with access to our wide range of products.
How firm or soft is the mattress?
Amongst the variants, The Darzee Ortho - 15.24cm (6-inch)and Darzee NatuTex are on the firmer side. If you prefer a plush, softer version, we recommend the Darzee Passio - 20.32cm (6/8-inch) variant. Darzee Endura being the firmest.
Do you offer COD?
Yes, We do offer COD.
How is Memory Foam different from 7-Zone Latex?
Though both are excellent for sleep, they serve different purposes. Memory Foam offers pressure-relieving qualities along with motion isolation contouring to your body shape, so you can sleep undisturbed. On the other hand, 7-Zone Latex provides head to toe support with the latest technology, offering 7-Zone support that targets the different pressure points of your body to offer complete relief.
How long will the pillows take to uncompress?
No uncompression is required for the Darzee Impression (Memory Foam Pillows) and Darzee Tender(Super Soft Pillows)Darzee Cuddler pillows can take upto 12 hours to uncompress. We suggest you to fluff the pillows by pressing the corners to the center and straighten them to allow air to pass through during the process of uncompressing.
Can I wash the pillows?
You can machine wash the Darzee Cuddler Pillows on a gentle cycle. You can simply remove the cover and give it for a quick clean in the machine.
Which cover size should I get for my Darzee pillow?
Opt for pillow covers sized 18'×28" For Darzee Cuddler, Tender & Impression Pillows.
Can I customize the accessories?
Unfortunately, no. We only custom sizes for our mattresses.
I am a side/front sleeper. Are Darzee pillows suitable for me?
Yes, all kinds of sleepers can use our pillows. However, if you have a specific need, you might want to compare our pillows to find out which one suits you better.
When will I receive my refund?
Only once we receive the product back at our warehouse and confirm its physical condition will you refund be issued. It can take up to 7-10 working days for the refund to show in your account.
Can I cancel my order?
For cancellation requests, you will need to drop in an email to us at info@Darzee.rest Please mention the reason for cancellation in your mail and we promise our team will look into the matter as soon as possible. In case your order has been shipped, any cancellation requests will not be fulfilled. If there are size changes or other changes in the order after the it is in transit, a fee for the logistics will be charged to you depending upon the product, the location and the case at hand.
Can my order be expedited?
We try our best to deliver within 7-10 working days, ensuring your order reaches you as fast as it can. However, you need additional expedition, we will have to ship your order by air, which will cost extra depending on your location and the product in question.
When will my Darzee order be delivered?
Our delivery timelines are entirely dependent on the products and the shipping pincodes. For most pin codes, delivery can take up to 7-10 days. For customised mattress, deliveries can take longer (we will notify you of the timeline). For regular orders, you can also check estimated delivery times on our product page by entering your pin code.
Are there any shipping costs?
Nope. Shipping is absolutely free! You only have to pay extra in case of special requests e.g., delivery via airmail.
I haven’t received any confirmation email from Darzee but my money was deducted. What do I do?
Don't worry. Sometimes, issues like these arrive at the payment getaway due to technical glitches. Rest assured, your money is safe! Kindly reach out to our support team via info@Darzee.rest with the payment value, order number (if any) and other details and we shall definitely solve the matter for you.

Can I roll my mattress over?
No, the mattress cannot be rolled back once its been uncompressed.
What’s the total time taken for the mattress to expand/uncompress?
We've made unbagging a lot of fun! Once you're done with that though, 90% of your Darzee mattress would take its shape and can be used right away if you want. However, if you want to use at its 100%, wait an additional 24-48 hours for the mattress to fully expand.
