Your Darzee Mattress comes coupled with a 10 year warranty (Lifetime warranty-25 yrs for Endura) against manufacturing defects in workmanship and material, in which case Darzee will repair or replace your mattress.
To avail this warranty: Retain this warranty card, brand tags on the mattress, the purchase invoice and the mattress bag.
Darzee warranty covers the following under normal usage conditions:
Mattress shrinkage, deformity or sagging of more than 1 inch.
Splits or defects in the foam material
The warranty DOES NOT cover cases such as, but not limited to:
Normal softening / sagging that is less than 1 inch.
Damage to the mattress in case of misuse or abuse.
Fabric and foam staining, soiling, fluid penetration, tears or burns.
Use of mattress on a bed base that is structurally incapable of supporting the mattress.
Mattress cover, if any.
Zipper on the mattress, if any.
Unauthorized servicing during the warranty period.
Steps of warranty claim handling:
Submit proof of defect to Darzee along with invoice, warranty card and bag
Darzee will have a confirmation call and arrange for pick up from your location.
Darzee will inspect the product and confirm on the claim status.
Darzee will repair the mattress or replace it if repair is not possible.
Darzee will ship the product back with an invoice for transportation costs.
Only customers who originally bought the mattress and have the invoice in their name are eligible for the claim.
Normal changes in softness and recovery time occur over a period of time in case of a memory foam mattress. This does not affect the pressure relieving properties of the mattress.
A Mattress subjected to unhygienic conditions may be damaged, rendering the warranty invalid. Darzee holds the right to reject the inspection in such cases, for the safety and health of employees.
