Mysa Sleep Solutions Private Limited will honour the request of its customers who purchased a mattress of standard dimension and wish to return the mattress within 111 nights from the date of receipt of the mattress.
The mattress needs to be maintained well without any damage or soiling of the top fabric of the mattress to avail the return feature or benefit.
Please note the Minimum usage of mattress should be 28 days until requesting for returns
Following is the process and the timeline for return process:
Step – 1: Customer to send the pictures and video of the mattress ( front and back of the mattress) to [email protected]. It is the record date for the return.
Step – 2: The return team from the Factory will assess and will qualify whether the mattress will be taken back based on the maintenance of the mattress. Any damage or soiling of the mattress, the return will not be processed. Timeline – Day 2 to 3. Accordingly communication will be done to the customer or for the courier service to pick the mattress if being taken on record for return.
Step – 3: The collection of the Mattress from the customers place by our Courier Partner. Please note amount will not be paid while taking the mattress. Timeline: Day 10 – 15.
Step – 4: The mattress reaches the factory and will be assessed on the return ability by the returns team. If it is the same as the pictures shared by the customer and there is no damage to the mattress. Accordingly, the communication will be done to the accounts team. Timeline: Day 22 – 25.
Step -5: The return of the amount will be initiated by the accounts team and the amount will be transferred to the customer by Day 28 – 35.
